MARTIAL ARTS / AGES 4–15
MMA
One sport. Many skills.
Striking, wrestling and grappling, brought together.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the complete modern combat sport, combining techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn how to put striking, takedowns and ground fighting together, developing a broad range of martial arts skills.
MMA is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world and is best known through organisations such as the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship). For many young people, watching MMA is what first inspires them to start their own martial arts journey.
At Future Warriors, we take that excitement and turn it into structured, age-appropriate training. Children are not simply put together to fight. Skills are introduced safely and progressively through games, drills, pads and controlled partner exercises under the supervision of experienced coaches.
For younger children, MMA is a brilliant way to develop coordination, balance, movement, fitness and confidence while learning how different martial arts work together. Classes are fun and engaging, but also teach discipline, respect, listening and self-control.
For our youths, MMA becomes more technical and challenging. They learn to combine their striking, wrestling, takedowns and Jiu-Jitsu, improve their fitness and develop the ability to move smoothly between the different areas of MMA.
Whether their goal is simply to become fitter and more confident or they dream of competing in MMA in the future, Future Warriors gives them the skills and foundations to keep progressing.
One sport. Many skills. A pathway from their first class to wherever their martial arts journey takes them.
