MARTIAL ARTS / AGES 4–15
Boxing
Fast hands. Sharp minds.
Footwork, defence, hand-eye coordination and focus.

Boxing is one of the world’s most established combat sports and a fantastic way for children and young people to develop fitness, confidence, coordination and focus while learning a real and highly technical martial art.
There is much more to boxing than simply learning how to punch. Students develop footwork, movement, balance, defence, reactions and hand-eye coordination, learning how to put these skills together with good technique and control.
At Future Warriors, safety comes first. Younger children are not simply put in a ring and encouraged to hit each other. They learn through pad work, bag work, movement drills, partner exercises, games and challenges, allowing them to develop their boxing skills in a safe, positive and enjoyable environment.
Boxing is also brilliant for building discipline and self-confidence. Children learn to listen, concentrate, work hard and keep going when something is difficult, while seeing their fitness and abilities improve through their own effort.
As students progress into our youth programme, the training becomes more technical and challenging. They develop sharper punching combinations, footwork, defence, timing, reactions and fitness, with controlled partner work introduced appropriately as their skills and experience develop.
Whether they want to box for fun, fitness and confidence or have ambitions to progress towards more advanced training and competition, Future Warriors gives them the foundations and pathway to keep improving.
Fast hands, sharp minds and confident young people — developing one round at a time.
